At the Law Offices of Basil D. Beck, III, I am a sole practitioner attorney located in Norristown, Pennsylvania providing individualized and experienced representation to those across the greater Philadelphia metro area including Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks counties.  My focus is on defending clients in criminal and personal injury matters, traffic and drivers license suspension and restoration cases, as well as a juvenile practice tailored to representing young people who have made mistakes and are facing criminal charges.  In my personal injury practice I have successfully maximized client awards when they have been injured due to the negligence of others.

I handle all my cases personally.  Be advised that my approach is not for everyone. While I support my clients without fail I will not sugarcoat issues and possible outcomes in order to secure them as clients.  When I do take a case I take the time to educate my client regarding the specific areas of the law that are important to their case and I keep them informed at each step of their case.  It is my belief that an informed client is a necessary asset is beneficial in helping me pursue their best interests and work towards the best outcome.
